Hibage Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Hibage platform (hibage.vu) and all associated services. By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on Hibage, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms.

These terms have been written in accessible English for our users. However, the English version shall prevail in the event of any legal interpretation. Hibage reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

Hibage is an internationally licensed platform, operating under the oversight of strict regulatory authorities and in full compliance with applicable rules.

The following requirements must be met to open an account on Hibage:

• Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts will be closed and any associated balance may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration — including your name, date of birth, address, and mobile number — must be completely accurate.
• Hibage reserves the right to close any account registered with false or inaccurate information.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. You must not share your password with anyone.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

Hibage reserves the right to reject any application for any reason. Additional verification may be required for registrations deemed suspicious.

Hibage is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Account creation and gameplay by minors is completely prohibited. We do not compromise on this.

The following documents may be requested as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of Current Address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of Payment Method Ownership

Withdrawals will not be approved until KYC verification is complete. Once verified, you generally won't need to go through the process again. However, re-verification may be required for large transactions.

Specific rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on Hibage. These rules are in place to protect your funds.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also BDT 100.
• Transactions can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, and e-wallets.
• Withdrawals should generally be made using the same method as the original deposit.
• Hibage does not charge any withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Suspicious transactions may be investigated and placed on hold as part of our anti-money laundering measures.

Hibage offers its members a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be met.

• Wagering Requirement: After receiving a bonus, you must wager it a specified number of times. For example, a 20x requirement on a BDT 1,000 bonus means you must place BDT 20,000 in total bets.
• Validity: Each bonus has an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum stake per bet is limited to a specified amount.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses can only be used on specific games.
• Hibage reserves the right to modify or cancel its bonus program at any time.

All games on Hibage are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, meaning every game outcome is completely random and not predetermined.

All games are regularly audited by independent third parties, and each game's RTP (Return to Player) percentage is published transparently. If a technical error causes an incorrect game result, Hibage reserves the right to void that round.

• Harassing or threatening other players

Violations of these rules will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of any balance. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

• By order of a court or regulatory authority

All content on the Hibage platform — including logos, games, designs, text, and software — is owned by Hibage or its respective providers. Users may access the platform for personal and entertainment purposes only.

Copying, distributing, or using any Hibage content for commercial purposes is prohibited. Violations will be subject to legal action.

The Hibage platform is provided "as is". Hibage is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

Users are solely responsible for any financial losses from gaming. Gaming is a risk-based activity and winnings are never guaranteed. Only wager what you can afford to lose.

Hibage may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
